Personality and Human Relation Assessment for the Novices

"A Priest should be a person of great character like of Jesus."

The character or the personality of a person is one factor to consider in the formation of the 5 young novices who would like to become a Stigmatine religious brother or priest. So, the formators of this international novitiate provide them with special programs for the whole year that will help them to become a better religious stigmatines in the future not only for intellectual aspect but also for their Personality and Human Relation.

Thus, on Saturday, May 25, the 5 young novices undergone a lecture and personality exam from 9 am til 12:30 in the afternoon with Mrs. Marrietta Briones in the novitiate house, Chaofa Road. Mrs. Briones used the Dominance-Influencial-Steady-Conscientious personality tool in assessing the novices' personality. 

Prior to the lecture, the psychologist adviced them to answer the assessment test. As they knew already the result of their personality, she explained to them on how these different characters make them more responsible if being addressed properly or if known by the person himself.

She said that this will help them to be more effective in relating to other people and of course be more effecient in their given assignment.
